The motherboard power connector on my work PC broke. I searched online for a company that would service the brand.

I ended up talking to Casper about it. The end result was that I bought a new PC.

The service I received from Casper was top-notch, friendly and really customer-oriented. We discussed, among other things, what to do and Casper recommended that I buy a new laptop because the end result would be better than repairing my old laptop.

Who is TekApua.fi?

I am Casper, a 28-year-old Finnish-Swedish man. I have been working in the service industry for more than five years and TekApua.fi is my one-man company through which I offer high-quality personal support.

Over the years, my skills have developed to a very high level. I even run a private server at home, through which I offer many services to friends and family, privately. With my expertise, you too could benefit from the security that a home server can offer. Of course, I also have experience with everything from tiny phone bugs to large software solutions that span several devices.

I take particular pride in my ability to consider your needs in a way that the typical “nerd” might not. I specialize in acting as a bridge between unnecessarily complicated problems and simple and useful solutions. I don’t like to make life difficult.
