Support Visit

I will come to you, at home or at work. Below is a list of typical tasks you might have me help with. The list is not exhaustive, so please do ask if you need help with something not mentioned.

• Device maintenance
• Product choice
• Device usage and guidance
• Personnel training
• Installation/Maintenance of a server/NAS for the use of backups, storage, media etc.
• Windows/OSx/ChromeOS/Linux operating systems, their installation/re-installation/removal/replacement
• Android/iOS phones and tablets
• Construction of desktop computers or servers ( for gaming, media-center use, backups, etc.)
• Software installation, removal, usage and guidance
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing, as well as fixes/repair when tenable
• Refurbishing of older devices so that their use can be continued
• Any and all kind of advice with tech!

Remote Support

Remote support means that I will help by phone, or another means of communication. But it works best when using remote support software, allowing me to assist and assess as if I was right there with you.

For this I use RustDesk. RustDesk is available for Windows, MacOS and Linux.

Additional information and instructions on how to set up RustDesk is not yet available on my site. You may contact me for additional guidance, or request a visit to get things started. Once RustDesk has been installed either by you or me, you will be able to benefit from the lower price of a remote support request.

Service and Repairs

RAM replacements, computer builds, whatever you need. For additional pricing details don’t hesitate to ask.

There will be no charge until we agree on what needs doing, so tell me what you need and I’ll guide you to the ideal and most cost-effective solution.

Please note that I do not work on phones, and I currently do not offer surface-mounted circuitboard repairs.
