Support Visit

I will come to you, at home or at work. Below is a list of typical tasks you might have me help with. The list is not exhaustive, so please do ask if you need help with something not mentioned.

• Device maintenance
• Product choice
• Device usage and guidance
• Installation/Maintenance of a home server/NAS for the use of backups, storage, media playback etc.
• Windows/OSx/ChromeOS/Linux operating systems, their installation/re-installation/removal/replacement
• Android/iOS phones and tablets
• Construction of desktop computers or home servers ( for gaming, mediacenter use, backups, etc.)
• Software installation, removal, usage and guidance
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing, as well as fixes/repair when tenable
• The removal of and protection against malware and other harmful software
• Refurbishing of older devices so that their use can be continued
• Any and all kind of advice with tech!

Remote Support

Remote support means that I will help by phone, or another means of communication. But it works best when using remote support software, allowing me to assist and assess as if I was right there with you.

For this I use RustDesk. RustDesk is available for Windows, MacOS and Linux.

Additional information and instructions on how to set up RustDesk is not yet available on my site. You may contact me for additional guidance, or request a visit to get things started. Once RustDesk has been installed either by you or me, you will be able to benefit from the lower price of a remote support request.

Support Day

What can you have me do? Almost anything. I can answer questions, train you or your staff, work on or provide consulting with matters like website development or online advertising.

Need help with something like that? I recommend ordering my services for a full day. You will benefit from a price that is lower than my hourly rate, with no fees.
